This VIP Membership Agreement describes the terms governing subscription-based membership services provided within the LOKBOX application ("App").

By purchasing a VIP membership, you agree to this agreement and the App Store terms.

VIP membership provides enhanced features within the App, including:

• Access to selected premium content
• Ad-free viewing experience
• Offline viewing capability
• Adjustable playback features
• Priority access to certain in-app features

The exact benefits available are displayed within the App.

VIP membership is offered through Apple In-App Purchase.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Available subscription plans are displayed within the App
• Pricing is clearly shown before purchase and may vary by region

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

The subscription renews for the same duration as the original plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings:

1. 1 Open Settings
2. 2 Tap your Apple ID
3. 3 Tap Subscriptions
4. 4 Select LOKBOX

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Any free trial period automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

All payments are processed through the App Store.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through your App Store account.

LOKBOX does not process refunds for purchases made through Apple.

VIP membership is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Users must not:

• Share accounts for commercial purposes
• Copy, distribute, or redistribute content
• Use the service in violation of applicable laws

LOKBOX may modify membership features or pricing.

Changes will be displayed in the App before they take effect.

LOKBOX may suspend or terminate access if users violate this agreement.

After cancellation, membership benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period.

This membership service is provided by LOKBOX, not Apple Inc.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce its terms.
