This Automatic Renewal Membership Agreement describes the terms for VIP subscription services provided in the LOKBOX application ("App").

By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and the App Store terms.

Membership Service

LOKBOX VIP membership provides access to enhanced features within the App, including:

  • Premium content access
  • Ad-free experience
  • Offline viewing capability
  • Enhanced playback features

All membership plans and benefits are clearly displayed within the App.

Subscription Purchase

All membership payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation
  • Subscription options are displayed within the App before purchase
  • Prices may vary depending on region

Automatic Renewal

Membership subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

Each renewal will extend the subscription for the same duration as the original plan.

Subscription Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple device settings:

  • Open Settings
  • Tap your Apple ID
  • Select Subscriptions
  • Choose LOKBOX
  • Turn off auto-renewal

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Free Trial

If a free trial is provided, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.

Refund Policy

All payments are processed through the App Store.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through your purchase history.

LOKBOX does not process refunds for purchases made through Apple.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for managing their Apple ID and subscription settings.

LOKBOX is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made through user accounts.

Service Changes

LOKBOX may update membership pricing or features from time to time.

All changes will be displayed within the App before they take effect.

Apple App Store Terms

This membership service is provided by LOKBOX, not Apple Inc.

Apple is not responsible for the App or subscription services.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce its terms.
